দীর্ঘ প্রতীক্ষার পর সফলতা “তপশিল জাতি আদিবাসী প্রাক্তন সৈনিক কৃষি বিকাশ শিল্প কেন্দ্র”, গ্রাম-গেঁটেগোড়ী, পোষ্ট-পলাশী, থানা-ধনিয়াখালি, জেলা-হুগলী, পিন-৭১২৩০৩ (পঃ বঃ) সংস্থার কর্মীদের বহু প্রতীক্ষার ফল বাস্তবায়িত হল। এর ফলে সংস্থার সাথে যুক্ত কর্মীদের মনের আশা আকাঙ্ক্ষাও পূর্নতা পেল। সংস্থার সাথে যুক্ত প্রায় দশ হাজার (১০০০০) কর্মী যারা দীর্ঘদিন ধরে সংস্থার সাথে যুক্ত ছিলেন, বিভিন্ন প্রতিকূলতার শিকার হওয়ার পরেও নিজেদেরকে সংস্থার সাথে নিয়োজিত রেখে আজকের এই জায়গায় সংস্থাকে পৌঁছে দিয়েছেন এবং নিজেদের ভবিষ্যতেও তৈরি করে নিয়েছেন । হয়তো প্রত্যেকে যেটা আশা করেছিলেন সেই সময়ের থেকে অবশ্যই কিছুটা বেশি সময় লেগেছে কিন্তু বাস্তবায়িত হয়েছে ভবিষ্যৎ । সংস্থার বর্তমান জায়গায় পৌঁছাতে সংস্থার সম্পাদক, মাননীয় সৌমেন কোলে মহাশয় যেভাবে সকলকে সাথে নিয়ে কাজটি সম্পন্ন করলেন সেটি অনেকাংশেই বিরল থেকে বিরলতর ঘটনা । যার ফলস্বরুপ সমস্তকিছু নিয়মনীতি মেনে ২০২৪ সালের মার্চ মাস থেকে তার সুফল কিছুজন হলেও পেতে শুরু করেছেন, ধাপে ধাপে গতিও বেড়েছে । আগামী সেপ্টেম্বর মাস পর্যন্ত প্রায় প্রত্যেকেই যারা সংস্থার ...

শুক্রবার রেলওয়ে অসংগঠিত শ্রমিক ন্যায় ও অধিকার সম্মেলন সভা হল সাঁতরাগাছি স্টেশন সংলগ্নে। সভায় উপস্থিত ছিলেন বিজেপি অন্যতম নেতা সায়ন্তন বসু,বিধায়ক নির্মল কুমার ধাড়া, bjmtu জেনারেল সেগেটারি বৈদ্য দে সহ আরও অনেকে। ২০১১ তে অভিষেক ব্যানার্জী এক টাকার ও মালিক ছিল না। এখন কয়েক কোটি কোটি টাকার মালিক। এখানে আছে মুখ্যমন্ত্রী পা চাটা শ্রমিক কনটাকরা। মুখ্যমন্ত্রী নাম বলতে ঘৃনা করে। এই সভা থেকে এমনি হুশিয়ারি দিলেন BJMTU নেতা বৈদ্য দে। এই দিন সভার মঞ্চ থেকে তারা দাবী রাখেন অতিরিক্ত কাজের মজুরী বাধ্যতামূলক। বিশ্রাম কক্ষের ব্যবস্থা। নূন্যতম মজুরী প্রদান। অন্যায়ভাবে বরখাস্ত এবং নির্যাতনের অবসান। ক্যান্টিনের ব্যবস্থা। তবে পাশাপাশি এই দিন এই দাবীগুলি নিয়ে ডেপুটেশন জমাদান দেন তারা। তবে সমগ্র অনুষ্ঠানে প্রধান ভূমিকায় ছিলেন BJMTU নেতা রাজেশ কুমার শর্মা।
